Did you know that changing just one habit can change your complete life?
You have finally realized that nothing is working in your favor, you are continuously making mistakes and you keep on doing it because changing your life is much harder than changing those mistakes. After all, We have been told that new life begins with new habits and changing all of these habits at once seems like a horrendous task.
You cannot possibly quit smoking, drinking, getting up late, sleeping late, not working out and having an unhealthy lifestyle all at once.
Or Can you?
Alex was one of those guys who struggled to lose weight. He had a very unhealthy lifestyle, a mild drinking problem, an unsatisfied relationship and never slept on schedule. One day, while he was trekking with his girlfriend, he fell short of breath and was hospitalized for a week. He eventually realized that something needs to be changed. His unhealthy habits could cost him his life and he had to eliminate all of his bad habits to live a good life.
It was a tough task but this time, he was determined. He planned it extensively and decided to get rid of all unhealthy habits one by one. He chose to start it off with a gym membership and in a few months, he saw a drastic change in his lifestyle. Alex was fit like never before but that wasn’t the only that changed.
Him subscribing to the gym membership meant he had to wake up early to workout, followed by office and by the end of the evening, he was dead tired. He had no other choice than to wake up early and this routine became his habit. In a very short span of time, he started enjoying Gym and realized that he needs to correct his eating habits to get better results. This made him quit alcohol and opt for better and healthy alternatives. His relationship also improved because he could spend more time with her and in a better mental state. His life had transformed in a few months and he could now work better and have a happy and fruitful life.
You see! All Alex needed to change his life was changing one of his habits and everything else followed. That’s how beautiful it is. All your habits are interlinked with one another and when you go on to change one, you end up affecting other habits as well.
And that’s all it takes to transform your life. It may seem difficult and full of struggles when you start it but once you have set your foot on the path of self-improvement, everything else follows automatically.

A single act of love and compassion towards others lead to a much happier and prosperous world and the same applies to habits and you wouldn’t have to check it with the world to see it happening.
Introspect your habits, think about what you need to change in your life and start acting on it. Everything else will follow.
